I had an amazing experience with Sylvia! I got the 90-minute Therapeutic Swedish Massage, and it was exactly what I needed. Sylvia was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. This was also my first time trying cupping, and I absolutely loved it! I could really feel the difference afterward and will definitely be adding it to future massages. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. Sylvia is the BEST! She makes you feel so comfortable & caters the massage to whatever your needs are while still making it such a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I had a great (first) massage with Sylvia this past week. She was able to address an issue in my neck and right shoulder that had been bothering me for the past 2 weeks. I also appreciated the music not being typical “massage music” and really appreciated the room NOT being overly scented with candles. ☺️

Best massage I’ve ever had! Noel is the absolute BEST! Her knowledge of how the body works makes this more than just a massage. Years of stress were built Up in my body but after one visit it was gone! That was 2 years ago & I’ve been just about every month since. I recommend Noel to everyone I know. I can’t say enough about Salt & Light…The atmosphere. The knowledge. The location. The services offered. Hands down best massage therapist I’ve ever been to.
