Salt & Light Massage - just a country mile from the sea

I had an amazing experience with Sylvia! I got the 90-minute Therapeutic Swedish Massage, and it was exactly what I needed. Sylvia was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. This was also my first time trying cupping, and I absolutely loved it! I could really feel the difference afterward and will definitely be adding it to future massages. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend Sylvia and Salt & Light Massage Services!

Sylvia is the BEST! She makes you feel so comfortable & caters the massage to whatever your needs are while still making it such a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I really appreciate her attention to detail & all the little extras she adds to the massage are such a nice touch! Can’t recommend her enough!

Sylvia is a magician! I've had many massages and she is true professional of her craft. I had a phenomenal massage, will 100% come back the next time I'm in Sandbridge. Highly recommend her services, she is excellent (and very kind too).
